Claire has 10 years teaching experience. She was trained at the Royal Northern College of Music and tutored by Barbara Robotham, senior lecturer in vocal pedagogy, for 6 years.

She now juggles her busy career as a principal soprano with her passion for teaching. As a result she has proven to be a popular and sought-after choice of vocal coach in the South West. She has a rapidly expanding list of clientele of many vocal styles from absolute beginners and school aged children to signed bands and professional Session/Classical singers.

She specialises in teaching a solid, healthy technique based on the principles of the Italian 'Bel Canto' style which can be applied to any style of singing.
